We can place money in an escrow for repairs up to a certain amount or you can take care of repairs as they come up.

Accounting

We work how you want to work. We can arrange to have tenants direct deposit their rent each month or have a check sent to you monthly. A detailed yearly report will be sent out detailing expenses for your investment.
