Here are few things that help streamline the process before we put your home on the market.

1. Prepare an extra key for the lockbox

2. Copy of old appraisal and inspection report

3. Copy of survey if you have one

4. Fill out Seller’s Disclosure attached

5. Let us know what times you will allow showings. (One hour notice maximum is suggested)

6. Make preparations to make your home in model condition. We provide a Stager at our cost to assist with this prior to putting home on market.

7. Where are you moving? We can help…whether in town or out of town. Let us know what you’re are looking for and we can start the search process. (See attached Buyer Preference sheet)

8. Gather all mortgage paperwork and have handy. Find out what your payoff amount is for your home mortgage.
